If you’re taking multiple medications, you may find it hard to keep track of it all. Our medication synchronization service can help you stay organized so that you always have the medicine you need on hand.
What is Medication Synchronization?
Medication Synchronization is a system that we use to ensure that you’ll receive all the medication you need for the month at the same time. By utilizing our process, you can forget about having to call in different medication refills throughout the month. You’ll save time and money because you’ll only need to visit the pharmacy once per month.
Medication Synchronization in Action
Here’s how it all works:
- If you’re currently taking multiple medications and are interested in having us simplify the reorder and pickup process, just let us know.
- We’ll review which medications you’re currently taking and how often you need to take them. We’ll then determine the best way to fill these medications so that you receive what you need for the month and only need to make one trip to the pharmacy.
- Once everything is set, we’ll let you know it’s time to pick up your medicine for the month. Going forward, we’ll contact you one week before your pickup so you can let us know if anything’s changed.
- Assuming nothing’s changed, we’ll arrange to have your medication ready when you are. You can visit our pharmacy to pick up your drugs, or we can arrange to have them delivered to your home.
How Medication Synchronization Helps
When you’re prescribed medicine, it’s important that you take it exactly as prescribed. They’ll help you feel better, and they may help you from becoming seriously ill.
But if you’re prescribed several different medications, it can be hard to keep track of it all. If you become confused or find that picking up different medications becomes inconvenient, you may not take your medicine like you’re supposed to, and that can lead to serious problems.
We designed our medication synchronization service to keep you healthy and safe. We’re here to help you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can do.
